Corn Salad with Radishes, Jalapeno, and Lime

Ingredients: 1.5 cans of corn, 6 radishes, ½ jalapeno (or whole), 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, 1.5 tbsp olive oil


### Preparation 1. Chop radishes, jalapeno, and cilantro leaves to your preference. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (season with salt to taste) 3. Salad can be stored in fridge for 1 day
